MANAGER PROCUREMENT
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and manage procurement and contracting strategies aligned with PCB’s objectives.
- Manage sourcing, tendering, negotiation and contracting processes across diverse categories.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, PPRA Rules and applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Evaluate, negotiate and manage supplier and service contracts to ensure performance, value and risk mitigation.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts and vendor performance.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Operational teams to ensure alignment of contractual obligations with PCB’s objectives.
- Maintain a central repository of all procurement and contract documents to ensure traceability and audit readiness.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is the official governing body responsible for the promotion, development, and regulation of cricket in Pakistan. Established to oversee all aspects of the sport, PCB manages domestic and international cricket activities, including organizing tournaments, maintaining national teams, and ensuring compliance with international cricket standards.
Pakistan Cricket Board plays a vital role in nurturing young talent through structured domestic competitions and high-performance programs, contributing significantly to the growth of cricket at grassroots and professional levels. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in large or public sector organizations.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of contract law, PPRA Rules and public sector procurement frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High standards of ethics, transparency, and accountability.
